  1. How to Kill Candida in Prostate?!?!

I am using combucha, kefir and coconut butter, and lost the sympthoms for 2 years as of now. Did you try them? But they never completely die, and pop up when I take carbs from wheat based grains for a few days.
  2. Can anybody give some info as to why is it a no no while practicing? I know each specific exercise requires a specific tounge position, but I never come across anything on this.(And I correctly practice per instructions, all on roof on mouth) But placing the tip behind lower front teeth actually did good to me while practicing certain hand mudra meds, both sitting and standing, and besides other goodies, channelled excess Qi down via the front channel. Please don’t advise me to find a teacher or if you really do not know. 😃 Thanks very much to all, and have a wonderful new year.
  3. What happens to suicides?

So you ended up in a sh.ty place with your vehicle, and got confused so much that you want to crash your vehicle delibaretely. If you crash it, you might not be imbursed a new one by the insurance co. as you were deliberate, and caused unnecessary turmoil to interdependent fellows on the road, and might get stuck in the same place, with a much inferior vehicle, or none, depending on your past records. Only way to move on is by another vehicle as you had not cultivated wisdom enough to figure out what is really happening. Only a weathered vehicle can get you out of your current scenery, so while you still have a decent one, hang on to it. Stop listening to the whining channel on your receiver and start by cleaning up, do some maintanence and get it physically fit. Happiness sprouts from physical balance, and a balanced vehicle withstands anything with a hearty laugh.

You need to stop your thoughts — not by force— who are responsible for the triggering of your emotional stress first. As Earl Gray suggested, correct meditation is one of the best ways for this, as it is a pactice utilizing attention, which affects the thought process. Moving forms may be a little more difficult to attain no—thought. By no—thought, I am adrressing to verbal process/mental chattering and reconstructing past events. Negative emotional energies are usually monsters when you face them directly, and if you don’t know how to own them, they might do some real bad, bad damage. You have to have a strong heart before you face them. So be careful, intelligent and tactful, don’t be a hero in your practing. You might try monk holding pearl sitting cross-legged version. Do it untill you teach a treshold when the breath tends to stop naturally for short moments. In that mode, there is much bliss and lots of healing which is observable, which will unstress your respective internal organs responsible for your emotional stress. But this comes only after a certain practice time, it is not instantenous.Do it at least for an hour to come to this. Under no circumstances force the breathing process. To help, you might pay attention to what you are thinking, as it stops dead the verbal thinking process, which will also include your emotion triggering memories. Good luck, get well soon.

Hello Stillwater, I am at almost 10th year in FP practice, and still can not sit in any lotus position. While I cannot compare my progress with lucky practitioners who can sit proper, by sitting cross legged with some back support, I am quite happy with with my progress. I gave up forcing my hips long ago, as my practices are more meditation oriented, I found not efficient to add one more pain filter to the listening mind. If you are experiencing stress also at the standing meds like MGAM, that means you are not standing proper. The best exercise that thaught me how to stand properly was Bending the Bows. I highly recommend it. Also do Monk holding pearl while standing for at least 40 minutes, your pinkies touching slightly to your lower abdomen. Proper postures come after a certain time of practice, when the corresponding chi channels open up. Listen to your body, don’t fight with it 😀 Happy practicing.
  6. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Dear Sifu Terry, Can you elaborate or at least give a hint about this? Best wishes
  7. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Hi Maybe, I would choose slow progress.. Embedding pain to a healing practice may not be a wise choice. .Pain curtains the original “feeling” of each exercise, as well as inflating your ego. Go slow but steady.

Hello As one of the alternatives, this is working for me : Learn about vayus in the body. Especially work on the corresponding vayus for digestion and elimination and see if they are intense or weak at the first place. Then B A L A N C E all vayus. You can do that by means of corresponding mudras or forms daily, for at least 15 minutes for each of them. In my case problem came from less Water element than others. If you decide to use mudras only use vayu mudras, be cautius and very sceptic and very observant. I don’t have a link to a web site for that. Do your own study. Also do Monk Holding Pearl daily or any FP med as well for shielding any strong effects. Be moderate, patient and observant and most of all intelligent in your practice. Healing is a long process. I wish you get well soon.
  9. Blue Light

Besides the phosphoric phenomena which is absolutely inner-physical, there is also a bluish inner vision when Watcing is done above eye levels, meaning it becomes very easy to imagine things with a bluish tint. Also the jhana level when an internal light appears by itself also contains blue as well as golden. I manged to come barely this far. There is also an atomic reaction in the central channel, which feels very physical, its radiations I feel, see and hear internally. My opinion is when this purifies and gets more intense by practice with a kundalini-shielded body, then this radiation will be observable from the outside.

Well, we are all doing it, but unless we figure out the mechanics of FHPCK and other Doo Wai Family arts, we are lost in this endless chit chat, and can become excellent memorizers of the form, but thats it then. If we need to realize what is beyond our generic conscience, no one outside can really push us, maybe except for a real master who is willing. Just feeding of from the compassion of communities, friends and masters is not enough, we need to learn to radiate it back, and it is only possible by applying knowledge to personal experience, hence practicing. Experiencing the central channel, getting familiar with its atomic radiation property at its centers, applying this as a key to figure out manifesting as well as learning to shine unconditional happiness & compassion, and then, once learned how to, manifesting wisdom to be beyond is my road map and “business plan” Moving meditations are good improving and enhancing that radiation, but to experience it first hand, stillness practices are much efficient, hence the static postures is a must. FPCK system is excellent for solitary practitioners like me, as each form is a teacher itself, just apply it to realize and activate that atomic radiation - felt more than 2 senses, and feels real, not imginary-, then play with it in moving forms with absolute protection, with no need to nag anybody. If you can’t reach that radiation after some time, maybe you have to practice something else meanwhile or consult Sifu Terry. The wiring of FHPCK will be there to protect you from Kundalini destruction. What can be better than this? Happy practicing😄 Ps: this is my understanding and may not be what FPCK is intended for. I just shared and expressed my experiences.

Dear SandroFV The way you ask makes answering very difficult. If you feel like you have practiced from the basic exercises to your satisfaction, do the intermediate series and also start working on the long form. Fpck does not act on everybody the same, so that scheduling of yours is very personal to you of which only you can resolve. Do what your heart feels like, and exercises will evolve. The key is practicing and applying the sceptic mind to personal experiences.

This forum is really turning a fruitfull bend of its path nowadays. Thank you all for your comments and Sifu Terry for extra gold nugget on that 50 20 10 MSW med. Just would like to add that Waker upper MSW and sleeper MSW did not effect my sleeping routine as their names suggested. May be I had not congestions on nadis that work on sleep mechanisms, I don't know. What I understand is, healing occurs when individual cells replicate as they are intended by design and not obstructed, and most of the renewing process occur while the organism sleeps. FPCK meds flood the body with chi which encourages natural cell renewing proess as well, and after the meds the body needs rest and sleep . ALL of FPCK meds make me feel needing rest afterwards. Please give Monk Holding Pearl meditation a chance while you are lying down. It is a good teacher and helper to me when sleep is closing, works surprisingly on upper body, and makes sleep rather interesting.

Any body experiencing inner sounds while practicing? Which direction do you stand while practicing and do you have a practical reason for that? Do you also feel that practicing - and life- is like a game of tennis ?😄 You pray, conceptualise, believe, dream and always miss the ball. The wisdom of hitting the ball correctly only comes within your experiences with tested beliefs while practicing, and always in facing the ball thrower.

I think Taoguy wanted to speak of vol 5 of short meditations, vol 4 is the long form. GMDW informs on his DVD s on some moving meditations to do just Taoguy asks, do it once and repeat as you wish, then end it, only take a deep breath between the intervals. But he is not teaching FPCK and maybe it is best to do what the official instructor Sifu Terry says, start fresh when instructed to do so. I confess that after some experience I only do the last flash med on vol 4 with only one breath sequence repeatedly as it is from a different system and design of the form loops naturally like Bendind the Bows
  15. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

I realised at least two reactions, one is my bodies own, when I practice, regardless of breath %. The other reaction is like alchemy, meets and unites the heavenly enamation starting after breath percentage and transform the first reaction to something else. In my very limited opinion, meds of FP without breath % is like generic energetic martial forms. The fun starts when the heavenly enamation starts and discovers your form 😄
  16. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

You might experiment with Monk holding pearl in supine position before going to sleep, just be alert to end it when sleep signs approach or dont forget to end it if you realize you have fallen to sleep 😄 Resting times are excellent for cultivation mileage and may bring in the sleep needed with no other arrangement. Also the short standing meds take much less time and effort, and go easy on extra fuel required.

OK, another effect of FPCK - and at least one other moving med of the same lineage is building tolerance for humid heat. For the first time ever, temperature and humidity inside our house reached to levels where one cannot make a simple move without a shower of perspiration. Moving med 50 20 10, although feels warm, kind of dries the environment so sweating stops while practicing, with no fan or ac working. Monk holding pearl while lying down hands on below navel actually feels cool and lets to sleep with dramatic dreams. Hands on solar plexus, it has a similar drying effect like the moving med and finally generates some blue inner mist. Another moving non FPCK med of the Doo Family literally builds up a different climate around which I never experienced before, quite amazing... These effects dissipate a short time after finishing with three breaths. Happy practicing
  18. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

I practice different Doo Family meditations on Dvds and All have complete breaths between the percentage breath outs. I believe each password invokes a specifically created entity which floods its specific energy to the meditator, l would'nt think so lightly about the percentages doubling up, they seem to be created by wizards well beyond our capabilities. Effects and feels of FPCK is extremely gentle, and with all respect, GMDW does not show much charisma while demonstrating other forms on Youtube and also Dvds. This is a fool's barrier. Of the ones I practice ,there is a nine mudra static meditation called "pushing ging", and also two moving meds in the expensive "energy" Dvd, which flood you with an additional WoW! factor and literally dazzling inner light. You are on your own on these meds and there is no another Sifu Terry, and if someone -out there- do not clip most of their psychic effects after a few practices like it happened to me, you might feel really alone on uncharted waters without enough experience and mental configuration of prior exercising. But they feel very safe. Fpck builds up slow and safe. Other GMDW arts will certainly help speeding up and a must to try if you have doubts.. There is a frustration barrier that needs to be climbed over and it takes some time, after it accumulates and you reach the chi.

Sifu Terry, Thank you very much for your time and extra tips. They are like golden nuggets to me.

About the last 90 second standing meditation on volume 5, when I hold the ball on waist level, a Tai Chi like energy rises through my legs and charges the lower dan tien in a sexual note, which never happens in other FP exercises, and then transforms into the known FP sensations during the exercise. It is an invaluable warm up exercise for me before doing standing meds, and strangely also works excellent before I do kuji mudras meditation which does not feel at all like FP. It is an excellent tool for me. I cannot thank Sifu Terry enough for including this exercise.
  21. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Dear Astral Butterfly, Thanks for your response and questions. About the warm ups, they are not a must, and Monk Holding Pearl is a static meditation. Doing the percentage breath is sufficient for preparation. Talking about my experiences does not lead anywhere, it is better to read some literature from enlightened masters to get inspired than reading my adventures . If you are sincere, some material suitable for you to practice is always around, sometimes a teaching, sometimes a life situation to cope with. The true teacher manifests all the insight from your heart, and I am again not talking cheesy literature When the sooth is cleared it is an experience. I am at no elevated level, so I might be very wrong also. Like you said, I am glad you don't take for granted my babblings Tale care,

Hello Earl Gray, You probably mixed it up with Monk Holding Peach. Please refer to http://www.thedaobums.com/topic/12639-flying-phoenix-chi-kung/page-221#entry663263 on which Sifu Terry says: "...Only Monk Holding Pearl (50 40 30 20 10) can be done in seated position and supine position. But not the other two. ... Again, Monk Gazing At Moon and Monk Holding Peach should NOT be done lying down because they were very specifically designed by the genie that created FP Qigong to be effective in relationship to gravity in a vertically standing posture. Also, I have extensive experience in meditations done in the supine position found in the Tao Tan Pai system to know that there are no benefits to be gained by doing MGM or MHPeach lying down. No upside. But the downside is that you will dampen and dilute the effects of doing MGM and MHPeach when they're done regularly." You can search "supine" or "lying down" in this forum and can find a few other posts on the subject too. Best, Cihan

Dear Astral Butterfly, Thank you for your kind words. You really made me a happy person today In my experience, the third eye syncs with the heart, as well as the lower dantien, so all FPCK exercises nourish it. Especially Monk Holding Pearl (50,40,30,20,10) does not only stimulate just the lower dan tien, it works on all three, especially stimulating my third eye at the degree of its force on the lower dan tien, and it is so easy and convenient to practice. At my automatic wake up time around 4 AM , I practice it while lying down, and most of the time become lucid, dissolving into the light enamating from my forehead area because of this exercise if my dear wife stops cuddling at that time The light is still not blue though, but I have no complaints :-) I would suggest you and all fellow practitioners also give a try to advanced sitting med 70 50 20 10, its energy seems to be heart related, and feels different from the other meds. Also don't forget that moving meditations are a game of flotation. You don't push, pull, lift or hold. You levitate your hands and elbows, leading to the speed of moving sand dunes, andalso leading to forgetting the body and letting the breath go. This is not like a martial application, this is more err -like sorcery. Then the warm hissing flame (in my case) of FPCK manifests solid. Once you realise that this "flame" is yours and figure out how to use it, you will feel "the power" to cope with any of your demons. One of the ways is being able to dissolve them into your heart's compassion, and I am not talking romantic literature here. Its light is millionfold stronger than the Sun, Also please, at all times during the exercises try to stay being a watcher and "hold" your current mental activities by your awareness and not dive into any tripping or dreaming, Do not supress or block them, but hold them in your palms of awareness, firmly staying in your point of view, which is solid heart practice. Have the best of everything. Cihan

Hello Deltrus, I did not come across any official explanation as to the speed of percentage breathing. I too breathe deep and slow , it takes about 2,5- 4 minutes on average. It is more like a signal to unconsciousness than pranayam. Breathing needs to go deep into your belly on the sequences, and after that, you let it to its own accord and do not control or time it. Exercises provide a kind of breathless bliss state after a certain amount cultivation in the future and by obtaining the correct habit of letting breath free of attention , it is easy to maintain and pass through this "sort of embryonic breathing state" phase during the exercises with less emotional reaction :-) Happy practicing Cihan

Awakening to other planes is progressive. Progress is in time dimension. True nature is beyond time, You cannot reach to something with no coordinates. It is very possible to awaken to ones true nature anytime, anywhere as true nature owns time as well as all dimensions if the true nature desires to. But I don't know even what that means.
