Dear Jay, I just discovered this thread and was wondering if your liver blood work is still healthy and how you're doing in general. I love hearing stories like yours!

Hi all, I guess I have to finally post here in order to reply anywhere else So, I'm an acupuncturist with a Masters in Oriental Medicine which taught me very little about Taoism apart from the class on Tai Chi and the one on qigong we had in school. I study on my own from time to time and I'm very interested in expanding my qigong for personal and professional benefit.
