One more thing, Although i disagree with some policies, overall i think the Moderators are very fair & lenient here.Theres times i know i went too far, but i was kindly overlooked by whoever. Its not so much the word "Cheerleader" but rather the way it may have been used that caused a stir ? (not that i seen the discussion) I think if used with good humour the moderators here would and often do give plenty of slack. Thanks.

People need to be a bit more thick skinned on here. This reminds me of grade school when people run & tell the teacher if your naughty lol. I dont care if im cursed at (on a forum) as im an adult and live in the real world - where insults and criticism are part of the parcel. Its a case of sink or swim for the whingers. The first step to being a real man/woman is to begin displaying the qualities of one. If your gonna complain about everything & run to moderators for help over something so petty as name calling,then you need to start training a bit harder. Im 100% sure the moderators dont want to moderate so fiercly....but when your getting drowned with all these petty complaints day in day out, then what else are they supposed to do ? They are required to act,regardless how silly it may seem at times. So you guys........unless its like "Way Serious"........please leave the MODS alone as they are flat out as it stands. The taobums has always been non political and non judgemental and was mostly unmoderated at one stage........but if complaints about trivial matters do not desist, then this forum and all it stands for will be gone forever. However to do as you say then the person must be locked or substantial as they say, only then can one issue force (as in push hands for example) But these people in the video are not locked or substantial in any way whatsoever. i still dont see how they are repelled,uprooted,and thrown to the ground. Well the Chinese have done it again.. a seafood business in Nanjing have come up with the world's first live crab dispenser machine and placed it in one of their subway stations. Crabs of different sizes are packed in small containers and kept live in near freezing temperatures. Consumers simply have to insert their money and the crab of their choice would be dispensed out. The vendor even gives a guarantee that if anybody gets a dead crab, they will compensate them with 3 live ones. How creative.. one can only imagine the suffering that those crabs go through, frozen and trapped in a tight container, conscious but unable to move. The Dhammapada says: "When evil karma is immature the fool thinks it is honeyed, but when the evil has matured then to the fool comes suffering." The hunger of the Chinese for live seafood knows no bounds. As are result this hunger, millions of sea creatures are slaughtered everyday to satisfy their hunger. Of course, this also applies to land animals as the Chinese eat everything with their backs facing the sky. There are some well-known inhumane ways to slaughter and prepare seafood, and now they have thought of another inhumane way to sell them to consumers. It is appalling indeed that they have such scant regard for the welfare of animals. But of course, nobody will think of protecting crabs or other sea creatures from cruelty in China, since everyone thinks of them as "food" like chickens and pigs. Businesses that are built up from taking lives and being cruel to animals can never prosper, for the evil karma accumulated will have serious consequences for all those in the business. Even if we cannot be vegetarians, we should at least not contribute to the demand for live animals, but settle for dead ones. The craving for fresh and tasty meat is something that leads many to the states of woe. By weakening the demand for live animals, we also reduce the cruelty perpetrated towards countless animals everyday. What on earth are you talking about cowtao. You give the illusion the Tridaya manual is some top secret manual lol. Its nothing but common knowledge to silat and serious qigong students etc. Instead You carry on like i have revealed the holy grail or something. For the last time i only posted it because there were many requests. Some people dont have the $300 to lash out on an inner power booklet. What about all the people who have benefit from practicing the tridaya course. One gentleman mentioned the breathing techniques cured him of lung cancer and as a result was able to regain working again blah blah blah. So to sit here and not acknowledge the positive results of the tridaya post (and believe me sunshine there are many) again shows a very childish attitude. The breathing techniques described in the tridaya booklet are the basis of many tenaga dalam breathing techniques and styles ! Im lost for words by your comments and now realize just what kind of a person im dealing with. I will no longer continue going back & forward in this conversation.

Thanks for bringing my tridaya link back to life. Well Cow its nice you have taken the time to scan the forum for my posts. But to a trained eye however, it reveals much about ones true nature, motives and current psychological state. All the Symptoms that authentic qigong practice are supposed to correct ! Next... I didnt write the tridaya book and dont agree with much it said. But thats not to say its non effective. "They know the lyrics but not the medley".... is an old saying one should think long and hard about. Just because an art does not contain all the trimmings and fancy dogma (as you call it) does not make it any less effective. In fact sometimes the complete opposite will happen. The only reason i posted it here (Tridaya) was because lots of people were asking for it. Since that time however i have sadly discovered that many current members already had the tridaya book, but not one of them had the fortitude or willpower to share with their brothers and sisters. I however was kindly thanked by having my thread deleted & a six day ban put in place for something else that doesnt matter now. But whos complaining. Lastly, Someone of my intellegence you remarked, lol thanks. Again, Constantly displaying a pedantic attitude, Offering fake apologies, whatever, reveals a very different and much darker character then the one you portray on the surface.
