    Hello friends, Great forum, have been reading it for many years. Today was the day I decided to join just like that. My background, 10 years in martial arts (retired - although my sons are bringing me back as their personal trainers) and 5 years practicing Taoist meditation. Great to be a part of it all. Aaron
