Hi, I looked on that thread (in "Off Topic" section): "Diagram of Cultivating Perfection (Xiuzhen Tu)": http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showtopic=8944&st=60 But the only PDF file I can find is Filename: NeichingT'u.pdf (7.1 MB) and I can't find the Xiuzhen Tu PDF file, Can you redirect me to more specific place or please attahced the specific file.
