Just a drop in to say "hello". I am obviously new to the forum although my life travels have taken me into the study of Buddhism and the Tao Te Ching, it has also taken me into a study of the Hebrew and Greek scriptures as well. I am best described as a seeker; I have extracted the fruits of the above belief systems and I honor them.
Frankly there are times when the world "gets" to me and when that happens I try to find the benefits of solitude until my peace returns.
I have just entered a study of qigong and have already found it to be quite helpful.
I have recently (in the last few years) embraced non-violence as a way of life; although I am still practicing on ending violence in myself, towards myself.
In any event that is me in a nut shell. I hope to find knowledge here and to eventually be in a position to offer friendship.
