    Question...on MCO meditation does the tongue disconnect with each cycle?

      I'm no expert.  When it comes to the tongue, I've kept it 'up' thru the whole thing.  Not that I've experienced the full on MCO. 

       

      These days I'm hitting the main points and letting the exact energy path do what it wants.  ie just concentrating on upper dan tien, mid dantien and lower.
