Hi my name is Michael. I read here frequently and would like to occasionally join in discussions and ask the odd question. I've practiced Tai Chi since 2014. However my teacher got kicked out of the school and our training disbanded within a year after that. I still practice the first two sets of exercises from the school. I'm also interested in Chi Kung, Spiritual cultivation, and Chinese medicine/dietary principles.
