Hi there!

I am very interested in Daoist and Dzogchen teachings. I have practiced some neidan and buddhist meditations and am always looking to learn more about the path.

As a small child I have always felt energy sensations and have obsessively seeking answers for as long as I can remember. I have stumbled upon some very interesting posts here on daobums and I think it's time to come out of the lurker den.
