I'm interested in Daoism along with esotericism in general east and west. I've been wanting to get into more the more practical aspects. I have had some success in trying various yoga and meditation techniques and trying my own versions of them. Most of these are probably not traditionally valid, since most of them were from pirated videos or audio by people like Bruce Frantzis. Have read very little aside from the actual Dao De Ching, although via courses and heresay I know a little bit about Daoism and Chinese Philosophy in general.
Feel free to give me any recommendations as to regimens and techniques.
