I have recently been finding all kinds of interesting journal articles, book reviews, etc. available for free download at the local public library. I can only assume that it is in general like that at most libraries in the United States at least. I have been looking mostly at Jstor and Ebsco databases, but there are certainly others. I'll leave a link to my Google drive if anyone would like to see what kinds of articles are available for download.
