I've lurked here on and off since about 2011 and kind of feel myself to be a member of this community in the broad sense and think it's high time I create an account, although I probably won't be posting much. I've been practising meditation for the past 9 years and I can't express enough how much it's added to my life, which I know most of you can relate to.
