    Hello. I've been a practising taoist hermit for 10 years in the UK. and a student of vallalar, recieving theekshai 7 years ago. A practical alchemist for just as long. Favourite physical practices are " Flying the metallic essence behind the elbows " and " The way of the life stem and the way of the nature's root " " The way of the life stem ". I look forward to my time here and hope to make new friends.
