I've been following the forum for some time and I was impressed by the high level of the discussions here. I decided to register so that I could participate more actively and learn more from you.
I practiced wing chun kung fu and tai chi chuan for a while, however, after disappointing myself with some charlatans, I decided seek for knowledge by reading qigong and meditation books while I don't find a master or group with whom I can learn.
My interests are especially meditation and qigong for health purposes, inner peace and personal development. As I am a beginner, any practice and study advice will be welcome.
