Is there any special reason for this?

    Thanks a lot Earl.

Hi Earl, how can I contact Sifu Dolic? Thanks.
  4. Xiang Gong - Fragrant Qigong

Just reviewed the Xiang Gong manual there was no rule for idle time between sessions. Maybe I heard or saw it somewhere else. And maybe my colleague broke some rules as she was a new practitioner, or it was a sign of strong healing inside her body.

The below two clips are taught by Grandmaster Tian's daughters so IMHO they are the most precise demonstrations found on the web. This clip is for level 1 taught by Grandmaster Tian's younger daughter Tian Aifang. At the end of the clip Grandmaster Tian teachs us on a detox method too. The following clip is for level 2 taught by Grandmaster Tian's elder daughter Tian Shufang: Both clips contains some of Grandmaster Tian's healing session fragments/interviews. It is a pity that they are in Mandarin so most of us non-Chinese cannot understand.

Exactly. One of my colleagues did practice level 1 three times in a row and she got headache and hypertension right after that. It is recommended that one does it no more than 3 times a day and there should be at least 6 hours between sessions.
  9. Powerful should be defined as to be able to treat most illnesses / correct malfunctions in a very short time.
  10. I would say Xiang Gong (Fragrant Qigong). It is very easy to learn, no visualization or breath control required, can be practiced with eyes open, while standing, sitting or lying, takes only 15 minutes to do, and free. Extremely suitable for elderly or impaired people, or kids. Level 1 is one of the best medical qigongs known to the public. One may get unbelievable results in just several days to a few months, at least in my family and friends' experiences. Please refer to my report here https://www.thedaobums.com/topic/40061-potent-systems/?page=13
  11. Accoding to Xiang Gong Grandmaster Tian Ruisheng the entire human body is Dan Tian.

Xiang Gong (Fragrant Qigong) may be one of the most powerful qigongs out there. Here are some positive outcomes from practicing Xiang Gong from the ones I know well. I used to practice Xiang Gong 20 years ago but only for 3 months. I was in my twenties then so its effects to my health were not too obvious, just tingling on finger tips and toes, and I could feel more energetic in that I could stay much later at nights. Recently I have practiced Falun gong for around 2 1/2 months and it helped treat well me from backache (mild spinal disc herniation), stuffy nose and cold at nights, as well as nocturia. At first I would like to recommend it to my father who sufferred from serious spinal disc herniation (and has been prescribed for operation), to my wife who was on frequent high blood pressure and chronic insomnia, and my daughter who had allergic rhinitis. However, Falun gong takes quite a lot of time to do and they all refused to do it. I then thought of Xiang Gong as it is very easy to practice and takes only 15 minutes to do, and I have read many good testimonials on books and webs. I decided to switch to it in order to teach it to my family. They have accepted it easily and been practicing it untill now. Here are some results (I still find it hard to believe): - My daughter: for the 2nd day when my daughter did the full excersise (twice a day) she got tingled, itchy like biten by ants, rashed. then 2-3 following days she got her feet as cold as ice, diahorrea, and sneezed alot, sore in the inner face bone. Around 5 days only she got well, no more sneeze in the morning, and she slept very well without any symptom of cold or stuffed nose as before. - My wife: for only 3 days practicing twice a day her blood pressure returned to normal at 120-125 (before that 150-170), and she slept well, no more insomnia, no more nocturia. When practicing she mostly felt tingling on the finger tips. - My father: after practicing it for about 45 days (twice a day) now his backache has been getting much less serious, he even feels no ache for some days. - Some of my friends/colleagues with nocturia, high blood pressure or arthritis have also been treated well by just practicing Xiang Gong for a very short time (less than a month). For me, I have been quite healthy when first resumed practicing Xiang Gong so it only gives me some sense of tingling in finger tips and a warm body for several hours after doing it. My immune system also get stronger so I have not gotten cold or flu when many people around me got them. Nevertheless, I am still looking for some easy, time-saving and highly effective qigongs to do as a rotation when doing one form for a long time becomes quite boring. I do hope to hear and learn from your own experiences and recommendations.
  13. Hi everybody, I am glad to be able to join thedaobums forum where I have learned many things on Qigong and the Dao. I have read in a Tao Stillness' thread on "Potent Systems" that Wu Wei Qigong and Falun Gong are nearly the same but can not find out any thread on this Wu Wei Qigong as well as only a brief clip about it on youtube. Can anyone confirm if Wu Wei Qigong is the original one and Falun Gong is a copy of it? Or vice versa? FYI, I had practice Falun Gong for 3 months but stopped as it took quite a lot of time, allthough it helped me get rid of stuffed nose at nights. I guess that Wu Wei may have similar treatment effect but with less time required. Thank you!
