i'm new to this forum (and fairly new to tao as well).
i'm just a regular 36 year old daddy of 2 daughters with a rather busy job.
what am i looking for here ?
something to quit my mind, to study, to draw energy from.
i started with every morning 5 to 10 minutes breathing excercises (and a cold shower afterwards )
it does feel good!
any tips or roadmaps are more than welcome !
