Greetings from Australia. I found these forums while searching for a Good healing Qi Gong to help with general health and possibly aid in healing old injuries. This search led to "the Flying phoenix Celestial healing Qi gong" thread. I am currently Studying Acupuncture and Herbal medicine and practice the Microcosmic orbit and Tao Yin exercises as taught by Mantak Chia. On the martial side i practice Wing Chun kuen and looking to learn Bak Mei or Southern Praying mantis in the future. Looking forward to going through the forums, Meeting people and learning more.
