Thank you all! I’m aware of the controversy about Mantak Chia: some people seem to be really successful with his books (talking about semen retention and microcosmic orbit meditation) and others developed some troubles, for one or other reasons. OldChi or another person, can you suggest me another book than the one of Mantak Chia? I looked for other methods but it seems that the teachings of Mantak Chia are the most comprehensive and clear. Furthermore, some people seem to be successful in semen retention following the instructions of this book. It's why I've decided to try.

Hi all, Here is an introduction of myself. It will be short because my english is bad. I'm a 29 years old male from Belgium. I practice buddhist meditation and a martial art. I've always been interested in energetic practices. Recently, I decided to start semen retention. I've started practicing with Mantak Chia's book Cultivating male sexual energy and practicing the microcosmic orbit meditation. As I don't find instructors for those practices in french speaking Belgium, I will need some help from you. Sorry for the lack of information in my profile; I'm blind, I use a program which allows me to read on a braille display, and the program have troubles to manage with the control panel of the website.
