I like the "realizing" part a little bit more than "consciousness" itself. Something as mysterious and plain as consciousness is easy to miss. Where's realization is like a sign that points in the direction of what one seeks. Just my 2 cents.

Hello Mr (or Ms) Mod, I have no credentials, only my sincerity. All I have is what I know. All I know is that I don't really know. So I am seeking to know. But I don't know what I am seeking. That is all I know. I live in the US and I don't really have much to describe myself with. I started on my path with fighting and self defense, which led to health, I rounded a bend and ended up at the human condition, went down a waterfall and splashed into the soul...or something...where the heck am I? In this instance though I am seeking something specific and I hope this community can help me. I hope I can give something back too. Thank You
