Hello everybody. I seem to stumble upon the tao bums quite often from google searches so i decided i might as well create an account I'm a 36 year old guy from Sweden. I started doing qi gong and meditating about 7-8 years ago but i stopped when i became a father 3 years ago because there was just not any time for it. Now i have 2 kids but i have slowly started to get into it again.
