    hi guys, I have been studying qi on my own for about 8 years now, and I feel as though I've made a lot of gains, but only in terms of wisdom (shen?), however in terms of qi I am pretty much where I started off at 8 years ago. I am hoping that maybe I will be able to actually begin developing my qi by learning from everybody here.
