yes if this were true then someone could just scan the images and post those online. Here is a detailed comparison of the Chinese versus English versions. https://icbi.weebly.com/zhao-bichenrsquos-taoist-yoga.html

It's easy to complain and be a critic but if you want to focus on the solution then just take some photos of said "diagrams" and upload them to the interwebs! Problem solved.

The Chinese version is about twice as thick as the English version and the English version has less then half the number of diagrams that are in the Chinese version...take a guess how I might know this?

The science is not on your side on this! I suggest you read the owner of this site as to what he said regarding AGW denial here. Look in tech support area.

Ur how am I now "right wing" ?

Are you denying human activity as the primary cause of AGW?

Yes the increase in planet temperature currently being experienced by ALL the planets in our solar system is due to increased solar activity. The Sun is not like a light bulb with a continuous output, its output increases and decreases rhythmically like a heart beating. When it increases ALL the planets in our solar system experience planetary warming and when it decreases ALL the planets in the solar system experience planetary cooling, in the case of our planet the Ice ages.

  4. All the planets in the solar system are experiencing planetary warming, meditate on that!

When you have finished meditating on that you can meditate on the tropical rain forest frozen under the ice of Greenland!

There are five types of war, psychological warfare is one of them...your country is at war, just you haven't noticed it yet because the battlefield looks different!

Its too rare to find any qualified people. Forget teacher, just any at all.

    Nobody knows anything.

I think we are living in the Kaliyuga and in this time even if you find a teacher his knowledge will not be complete. Only way now to get the complete knowledge is from contact with an immortal or a god.

  7. Years ago I corresponded with Kosta and in fact he told me the reason he stopped practicing was prostate cancer which he attributed to the Mo Pai practice. Specifically he said that you had to be 100% celibate to practice this meditation safely. He stopped because he did not want to risk his life nor did he wish to live like a monk.

My guess would be that John Chang also now has prostate cancer. It is absolutely true however that all mammals will eventually get cancer if they live long enough.

  8. The purpose of Neidan is to extend ones life, to become immortal and enlightenment.

I just found this recent interview in which Lawrence Blair states that "John Chang" now has cancer.

I cant help note that Kosta stopped practicing this system because it gave him cancer, also I believe Jim McMillan also got cancer from practicing this form of Neidan.

I know that all members of the Mo Pai are following a secret training manual such as many Taoist Schools utilise. I wonder if the correct technique has not been successfully transmitted through the long history of the School and that mistakes have crept into the practices resulting in this sickness we see in members of this school.

  9. If I recall correctly the first master of the Mo-pai was Bodhidharma The Blue-Eyed Barbarian who was initiated into the knowledge of the vajra path, clearly he was not of Chinese origin. Some say Indian though blue eyes is a rarity amongst Indians.

John Chang Mo Pai and Max Kunlun fusion finally!

I have no idea what "Max Kunlun fusion" is so I guess your wrong about that ;)

  10. Zhongyongdaoist

"John Chang" is not the only person with similar knowledge as there was a time when this knowledge could be found all-over the world however wars and persecution resulted in it being wiped-out. Only a few places such as India, Tibet, China and South east Asia managed to keep the flame alive but even then in a very fragmented form. We are living off the crumbs leftover from the ancients with regard to this knowledge.

  11. I have made a quick look at your posts and some of them indicate a certain level of knowledge on the subject of Chinese alchemy, both internal and external, theory and base on that, it seems to me that you are posting this as a reminder, albeit a satirical or ironic reminder, of how easy it fake "feats of qi" and that people need to be aware of this kind of trickery.  I could be reading your intention wrongly, so perhaps you would care to clarify it.

You are most correct! whilst "John Chang" is the real deal recently youtube is full of QI masters and its sad to see so many good people duped into paying LARGE sums of money to these crooks. I suggest people watch that first video of the static electricity generator causing sand to vibrate under the palm, you can use two pointed fingers also ;)

Many people here might recognise this, works better with black sand as more visual.

Some people are so eager to find a teacher it leaves them open to opportunist crooks, we must be ever watchful

  12. To become a QI master like many of those admired on youtube you will need some essential equipment.

The main thing you will need is a portable shocker which will allow you to shock people and move dry sand/paper around with your hand...every good QI master needs one of these.

Some of you will instantly recall seeing the sand demonstration in the above video preformed by your favourite QI master on youtube.

    http://www.amazing1.com/products/the-amazing-doc-tesla-shocking-electric-man.html

Next you will need a burning diode laser with a fibre optic output, this will allow you to fire QI blasts at people which will cause burns and also start fires. It needs to be infaread so people cant see the beam.

You will also need to be familiar with some basic chemical reactions such as potassium permanganate with glycerine or icing sugar.

Every good QI master also needs to know some slight of hand such as the basic placing a lighter in the ground or under your foot and asking somebody to bring you some straw to burn, enough to cover your hand. You simply then have to pull the lighter out of the ground under the straw and set it on fire. Make sure you mark the spot where the lighter is in the ground with a small stone etc. You can pretend to be summoning your QI whilst in reality you are searching for the lighter.

So these are the basic Items you need to be a QI master

  13. actually just one was positively identified so far ( i happen to translate a tcm pharmacology manual on it right now)

That is not correct, in addition to the patients my sister treated who suffered kidney damage due to Chinese herbal medicine there are many others.

I in fact also have mild kidney damage due to Chinese herbal medicine I took when I was a teenager for acne on my back.

I was drinking this brew and was getting slight pains in my back. One day I came home from School to brew the medicine and my mum had burned the lot of it down the garden. She instinctively felt it was doing me damage. I was very annoyed because it was expensive. Later I went to the doctor and my kidney function test came back with kidney damage, I went on a detox to try to clean my system out and my kidney function improved but never went back to normal. Thank god my mum burned it and prevented me from taking any more.

If your one of these people who brews loads of tonic herbs for health you could be actually damaging your health instead of improving it, if you do take lots of herbs I suggest you get a kidney function test

  14. I suggest searching for "Chinese herbal medicine renal failure damage"

Western medicine at least goes through trials and toxicology testing. Some herbs are mildly toxic and their damage is only seen after prolonged use.

  15. Pine sap when it dry s is colophony, some people are allergic to it and causes them skin rashes. Pine pollen is taken to increase Jing, it actually contains a small amount of phyto testosterone. I used to dump it into my smoothies.

Be careful about what herbs you take, don't think because its in some old book its safe. My sister is a conventional doctor and she has told me she has had a few patients who damaged their kidneys through taking various Chinese herbal medicine. One woman was telling my sister about the benefits of taking herbs when my sister had to inform her one of her kidneys was damaged to the point it would need to be removed...so be careful, always read what the latest research has to say on side effects .

  16. Parcelsus or Geber, the ones you find too hermetic to be usable ? Both Paracelsus and the persian alchemy form which Geber (Jabir Ibn Hayyan) comes speaks about how to acces the imaginal.

I suggested they are not good for someone who is starting to learn. Alchemy is secret and all (without exception)  write in code however their coding is so think that only somebody who already understands the whole process can understand their writings on the subject, and if you already understand the whole process what need do you have of reading their works?

  17.

I'm not questioning the mystical signifiance of the North, nor the divine origin of spiritual traditions. That is documented in many, many cultures.

What I don't follow is the claim of an Arctic country back in the days. But it's true that the mythical lands are often sublty assimilated to actual geographical, said to be there, and yet mysteriously beyond and elsewhere. Like if the material place was nothing but a mere manifestation of a spiritual kingdom that is not really located there. After all Pytheas did travel to Hyperborea. But Aristeas did too, and their respective travel point to two different places (Northern Europe vs Inner Asia).

What I also do not follow is your claim about the origin of royalty, bloodlines, etc...

Yes. Given the cultural context in which Zozimus talked it's probably about the Nephilim. Hard to say what was the view on them back in those specific times and places.

If it's Nephilim we're talking about, we have indeed the theme of engendering royal bloodlines.

But what are the analogies with Celtic and Northern myths? What about the Northern Otherworld ?

Even in Greek mythology you have gods who come from mount Olympus establishing physical city's on earth. Its exacly the same in celtic mythology you have gods from the northern other world descending to Earth and establishing the four city's of Falias, Gorias, Murias, and Findias up in the Arctic circle.

"The Indestructibles (Egyptian ikhemu-sek – literally "the ones not knowing destruction"[1]) was the name given by Ancient Egyptian astronomers to two bright stars which, at that time, could always be seen circling the North Pole.[2] The name is directly related to Egyptian belief in constant North as a portal to heaven for pharaohs"

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Indestructibles

Also would you say Bal Gangadhar Tilak is a Nazi because he said the story of the veda has an origin up in the Arctic circle ?

For that matter are the ancient Greeks Nazis for believing in hyperbola as a physical place, We will then have to label most of the ancient world as Nazis then.

As to Zozimus, he must have been aware of the book of Enoch

"Thou seest what Azazel hath done, who hath taught all unrighteousness on earth and revealed the eternal secrets which were in heaven, which men were striving to learn."

Adam and Eve are banished from the garden of Eden with its four rivers by the elohim  (Eden is obviously meru). The fall of man from being a heavenly being with eternal life to an earthly man destined to die on the earth plain.

Cain was banished first and he went out to establish the first civilisation, Tubal cain the first human skilled in the knowledge of metals.

Its clear some of the early Taoists had as their goal to use the Jindan so that they could visit the gods in the northern other world.
