Hi, Anyone familiar with Robert Peng's Small Heavenly Circuit meditation? On the recording he sings the points in chinese. Well, I don't speak chinese. I was hoping that someone might own this recording and would know the points in english so that I can follow along. Thanks a lot! JEFF

Stillness for me. Sometimes I also will do a japa meditation.
