  1. that should read marking, after doing the sucking in, and feeling the heat, I get a few marks on the skin that then fade is this typical for others
  2. I mean I do have hypothyroid, am nearly 40 and have just begun tai chi, but find that my energy system dislikes any kind of intense exercise and really lets me know about this
  3. neither of you understood anything of the statement made, I have been regular on cardio for the last 5 years but whatever, clearly not the place to ask,
  4. I tired it using the technique described by wayson liao in his book, and I definitely felt a spark of vitality about an hour later, in both limbs and arms and it felt like I was bringing back some jing and like a pleasant internal massage of healthy life force my questions are to anyone who may know do you have to do considerable tai chi to tranform chi into jing as I have just begun, after my chi feeling quite low/perhaps blocked does chi sometimes transform naturally into jing, have read before that chi, jing and shen, despite being described as different can interchange and kinda bleed into each other is Gary Clyman condensing worth trying, saw a link on you tube earlier has anyone suffered any ill effects from the condensing breathing, am just doing this to restore life force, as been feeling quite depleted for a while and wish to change, jobs, write, more and bring about more positive change in my life is it just me or does treadmill cardio use up a lot of energy even if it's just interval walking speeds are there any techniques to help with sexual desire, build up while, one retains the semen for jing cultivation
  5. I have found using the method, that Wayson Liao, has introduced that I have definitely felt the jing, doing the condensing breathing but presume, even though you draw the chi from the universe and through the skin and into the bones, that it takes time to build up, is it possible but on occassion as you are developing, you may accidentally pull chi from the dan tien rather than the external field so far, have been ok except for one instance where I felt like this happened by mistake
  6. I was about to order wayson liao dvd ,when I get paid, I hear he was Gary master and that his teaching is every effective for cultivating chi

  8. many thanks dude for your assistance
  9. ok, mate will give it a whirl come pay day, I take it the angles of the camera are well thought out so you can actually reproduce the forms, without getting confused
  10. thanks so much dude, but it says advanced ? will that be too much for me to take in terms of chi ?
  11. is it in the beginner section of his dvds
  12. well yes, have been drawing chi from the air when I tired condensed breathing and it has been quite effective but yesterday, seem to pull it by mistake from the dan tien and sure, I felt a loss there yang form, not sure I have done that yet so far, have only been using a made easy tai chi dvd( which has definitely helped a lot) by guy called Ian Fox I noted Paul Lam has a 44 minute vid on you tube and have looked at Wayson Liao site but his dvds are quite pricey, though I would probably buy one but need I guess, a beginners one I
  13. Dorian , I take it, you have to keep on cultiaving chi in order to have it, to convert to jing with the breathing, I know we have chi naturally like jing and shen but is it not true, that, if chi is low, we may be drawing off that to convert it into, jing, thus having power but not much juice in the engine does that make any sense ?
  14. by every bone what literally, like a finger bone, a thumb bone what skeleton do you study in order to have a chance to do that ?
  15. does anyone know of a good dvd

I have been using Ian Foxs, Tai Chi made easy and have found it incredibly helpful and def noticesome benefits but am wondering about what else is available: have been reading one of Wayson Liao book regarding Tai Chi but when I looked into his dvds, they are priced on average at $200- $600, dollars which I find a bit absurd, despite hearing he is one of the daddies for technique, breathing and teaching how to truly cultivate energy do any of you retain or avoid sex where ejac is involved I find it a little depressing sometimes that with age, I actually feel better without ejaculating read about the TCM view on this and it makes distrubing sense
  16. does anyone know of a good dvd

hey thanks dude, will check them out

hi all, it said something about posting a bit before, being able to create threads in the main, so, I guess, I should say something about my experience, the last 15 years of my life at times when I reflect on them, sound like a very long episode of the twilight zone at times but suffice to say have just began tai chi with a dvd, for the last 4 weeks would like to find a class, but my working hours don't allow much regular routine but have definitely felt some benefit from using the video particualrly interested in condense breathing to create jing and any good vids on you tube anyone could recommend am reading wayson liao book at present
