Nice to find a new place that is old.

Look forward to reading and then interacting in the fullness of time

About me Tai Chi and Qi Gong practiced for 17 years. Seems a long time when typed but it has not been

Understand a little of both and have taught.

Best understanding I have is they should be looked at through a smile

Hello Gofa, and welcome.

Your membership is approved and we're happy you found your way to us. We look forward to accompanying you on some of the way that you still have to go.

Please take the time to read the two posts pinned at the top of this Welcome page and take a look at the forum terms and rules. This covers all you need to know when getting started.

For the first week you will be restricted to ten posts per day but after that you can post as much as you like. Also, until you’ve posted fifteen times in the forums, you’ll be a “Junior Bum” with somewhat restricted access and will be allowed only two private messages per day.

Good luck in your pursuits and best wishes to you,

Marblehead and the TDB team

Hi Gofa,

Sounds like you have been at it long enough so that you will be able to offer some valuable suggestions to other members.

You are welcome to jump right in ongoing discussions, revive an older thread, start a new thread of your own, or start a discussion in the "Newcomer Corner" sub-forms to expand on your introduction or ask general questions to help you get started.

May you enjoy your time here.

 Welcome.

You mention smiling, winners always smile.

Even in apparent defeat.

Yes Living well is the best revenge  and as you say even when defeat is visited upon you its best looked at with a smile

I was once involved in a road rage incident  Guy accosted me yelled etc and then swung a fist I just pulled my head out of way

he screamed "stop smiling at me"   "Its not fair"  "your not supposed to"  " Why are you smiling"

Honest when some one complains about you smiling its hard to stop

Looking back now I must give me a Daniel Boone Award   I grinned down a grizzly road rager    Too funny

Thanks for jogging that  memory
