onebir Posted December 13, 2007 I'm in China, so I should be able to get anything published here quite cheaply. On the other hand, where I am the post office isn't very good at delivering stuff addressed in pinyin (as opposed to Chinese characters). And Amazon's printers can't handle Chinese characters.
