Indeed.  I picked up a couple of nice pieces to be worn on my person, or carried in a pocket and anticipate learning the process and making my own larger pieces when this project is finished and I have some time off later this Spring.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but the resin is a type of chemical/plastic right?

I don't know. The key feature of Orgonite seems to be the metals and crystals. Not sure if there is anything really special about the resin's properties except to hold it all together.

Yea, so far that's my understanding as well, that it's the layering and choice of metals and crystals that creates the vortices which counteract the various electrical fields of modern life which can interfere with clarity, restfulness and grounding.

Does this stuff have any effect whatever or is it simply a New Age ornament?

Also different compositions of crystals and metals have different effects. You can get pretty shamanic with it, adding herbs, mantras....etc...then program them for different intents.
